Confidentiality Agreement

Billabong Clubhouse believes that each member has a right to privacy and to choose who knows information about them. For this reason all information on members’ files is stored securely.

Staff will only use this information to assist members’ involvement in Billabong Clubhouse and Employment and /or Education.

Each member has the right to know the information on her or his file and can ask to see this information at any time.

As members are involved in all the work of the Clubhouse there may be times when members have access to other members’ files, including yours, for the purpose of updating or collecting general data. For this reason, we ask that members who work with other members files be aware of the importance of everyone’s privacy.

I have read and agree with the above information and I am aware that all members of Billabong Clubhouse have the right to privacy. I promise that any personal information will be kept absolutely confidential.
